Café Joyeux is a family of cafés that promote the inclusion of people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in the workplace through meaningful employment, vocational training and encounters with the public.

Opened in New York City since March 2024, Café Joyeux was created in France in 2017 by Yann and Lydwine Bucaille. In the world, Café Joyeux currently operates 24 cafés.

CAFÉ-RESTAURANT

An inclusive workplace that offers meaningful employment and a superior hospitality experience.

PREMIUM COFFEE

Distribution of our own premium line of coffee beans and tea to individuals and corporations to directly fund our mission.

TRAINING PLATFORM

Proprietary and individualized training and coaching program for our employees with special needs and their neurotypical supervisors.
